When designing "Statement Maker" for Bershka's youth line, the challenge was to capture the rebellious spirit of vintage car culture while speaking to today's streetwear aesthetics. The design merges a detailed classic car illustration with flame-engulfed typography, creating a bold statement piece that resonates with the brand's edgy audience.
The visual narrative combines hand-drawn elements with digital precision - the meticulously detailed vintage car sketch provides a gritty foundation, while the flame-treated typography adds dynamic energy that literally ignites the design. Applied to fitted raglan tops and styled with cargo skirts and beanies, the graphic captures that sweet spot between retro authenticity and contemporary street style that defines today's youth culture.
